1. ABOUT CD WELLNESS HUB
CD Wellness Hub offers digital beauty, wellness, self-care and planning products for purchase directly through this website.
The website also showcases selected Farmasi beauty, skincare, fragrance, haircare, wellness and personal-care products.
Where you select a link such as “Shop Farmasi”, you may be redirected to the official Farmasi website. Physical Farmasi products are ordered, paid for and fulfilled through Farmasi and are subject to Farmasi’s own terms, delivery arrangements, returns policy and privacy policy.
A purchase completed directly with Farmasi is separate from a digital-product purchase completed through CD Wellness Hub.
2. ELIGIBILITY

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

After successful payment, the purchaser will normally receive an email containing a link allowing the purchased digital files to be downloaded.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a correct email address and to ensure they have suitable software or equipment to open, view or print the files.
We take reasonable care to describe the file type, format and contents of each digital product accurately.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENCE
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all digital products purchased from CD Wellness Hub are supplied for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use only.
Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited licence to use that product. Ownership of the intellectual property does not transfer to you.
You may print copies for your own personal use.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Prices displayed for products sold directly by CD Wellness Hub are shown in the applicable currency presented at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before a digital product is supplied.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, a pricing error, unauthorised activity or a breach of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid where appropriate.
6. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND DELIVERY
Digital products are normally made available shortly after successful payment.
A download link may be displayed after purchase, sent by email, or both.
Occasional delays may occur because of payment processing, email delivery, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers should check their spam or junk folder if a download email does not arrive.

7. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms.
Digital content may be supplied immediately following purchase.
Where applicable, if you expressly request immediate access to digital content during a statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins, the applicable cancellation rights will be dealt with in accordance with UK consumer law.
We do not exclude any rights you may have where digital content is faulty, not as described, unavailable or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law.

8. FARMASI PRODUCTS AND THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
CD Wellness Hub may provide links to Farmasi products and services.
When you follow a Farmasi link and complete a transaction on Farmasi’s website, the relevant order, payment, stock availability, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service arrangements are handled under Farmasi’s applicable terms and policies.
CD Wellness Hub does not control Farmasi’s stock levels, delivery times, prices or policies and these may change independently.
Any issue relating specifically to a Farmasi transaction should therefore be raised using the support information provided with the Farmasi order.
